- Our major sites include University Hospital Geelong in Geelong’s CBD, the McKellar Centre precinct in North Geelong, Barwon Health North in Norlane, and residential aged care facilities spanning the region. Comprehensive mental health, community health and dental services are delivered through various programs across the Barwon South West Region, including Torquay and Colac.**About the role**
- The Subacute Specialist Clinics Administration Team Leader role is a senior supervisory position, responsible for coordinating multiple work groups across 8 Subacute Specialist clinics and two Community Rehabilitation Centres. The role is responsible for maintaining a high performing team of administration officers, ensuring procedural compliance and high-quality customer service consistently across each team.- The Administration Team Leader supervises day to day activities, maintains appropriate work patterns and ensures current policies and procedures are understood and adhered to. The Administration Team Leader is responsible for rostering, recruitment and selection of administration staff across all areas; IPM data collection, integrity and reporting; training and orientation; billing: and resource allocation to ensure all work areas are supported and meet their key performance indicators.- The Team leader also works closely with the Program Manager and Coordinators in service develop and continuous improvement activities.- This role is integral in supporting Subacute Specialist Clinics to partner effectively with patients to achieve the best outcomes possible whilst delivering the right care, in the right place at the right time.-
