**Retail management for Stockland Baldivis and Harrisdale shopping centres**:

- **Part-time - 30 hours fixed term until October 2024**:

- **Onsite, working across Stockland Baldivis and Harrisdale**

We have an opportunity to join as a Retail Manager, working across both Stockland Baldivis and Harrisdale town Centres. This is a four-day, fixed term contract until October 2024.

**Stockland Baldivis **which sits within the Settlers Hills residential community, includes a full-line ALDI, Coles, Woolworths, Kmart plus three mini-majors, more than 75 speciality stores and bustling main street restaurant precinct.

**Stockland Harrisdale** which sits within the Newhaven masterplanned community, includes Woolworths and ALDI and Five Seasons Fresh, 32 speciality shops and kiosks, along with an alfresco dining precinct. The centre also includes an early learning centre and other community services.

**About the role**

Reporting into the Centre Manager, you will manage retail operations for the centre, focus on building and maintaining strong relationships with all key stakeholder groups, with a focus on retailer management and development.

You will have the opportunity to champion various projects in conjunction with centre management, leasing, project management and development teams and play a key role in the financial management of the asset. Accurately forecasting risks and opportunities across both income and expense budgets and maintaining effective debtor control.

**Some of your responsibilities will include but not limited to**:

- Develop strong relationships with all centre retailers, ensuring personal interaction occurs on a daily basis.
- Develop strong working relationships with Retail Development, Leasing, New Business, Finance and Marketing.
- Sales and Centre Performance reporting
- Driving the asset net profit by maximising all revenue opportunities
- Managing operational and capital expenditure budgets
- Contribute to accurate forecasting on a monthly basis
- Ensure outgoings recovery in accordance with all leases
- Maintain effective debtor control
- Manage tenancy delivery process
- Contribute to Facilities Management risk audits, actioning all requirements
- Assist ongoing facilities management reporting as required
- Build and maintain strong relationships with current customers through delivery of outstanding service

**About you**

Together with your attention to detail, your organisational and time management skills you will have;
- Shopping centre management experience in a similar role preferably or will consider retail management experience
- Demonstrated experience in customer service, leadership and managing effective relationships
- Experience in developing and managing budgets
- Financial analysis and reporting skills
- Project management experience is advantageous
- Sound written and verbal communication skills
- Strong client service focus with the ability to build and maintain effective relationships
- Ability to work with urgency and at pace
