**Our Family**:

- Nanny Start Date: 22nd of April 2024 Pay Rate: $35-37 per hour + super and leave entitlements. Days/ Hours: - Tuesday 7:30am - 5 pm - Wednesday 7:30am - 6pm - Thursday 7:30am - 5pm **Ideally able to stay later if parents aren’t home on time. About the Family: This role is for a professional couple with three young boys. In their family time they enjoy having BBQs with friends, swimming together in the backyard pool, going on adventures to the beach, new parks and on bike rides. The children are 7 years, 5 years and 5 months old. Both parents work in the medical industry: Dad works away Tuesday to Thursday weekly. The eldest child is in grade 3. He enjoys figuring out how things work - his favourite thing at the moment is “young engineers”. He is very kind, warm and caring and has just been diagnosed with ADHD. The middle child is in Prep. He is creative, unique and hilarious. He loves to play comedian and make believe. The youngest will be the main focus during the day; he is a happy little boy who easy going and very social. He loves to go on outings to new exciting places. He will smile and have a chat with anyone who pays him attention and does not enjoy being left alone. This family is complete with a friendly pet cat

**Your Duties**:

- Tasks: - Full child care - School pick up/ drop off - Meal preparation for children - Planning outdoor activities/ educational activities/ taking to social outings - Homework help - Laundry - General clean up after children’s activities and meals - Tidying of children bedrooms/toys - Bathing and clothing children - Washing/ putting dishes away Transport: Australian licence required family vehicle provided Must have: - Blue card/ Police Check - Licence - First Aid and CPR Certificate - Minimum 2 years experience in a similar role - 2 x Reference checks - Non smoker - Experience working with infants

**Our Perfect Caregiver**:

- We are searching for an experienced career nanny who has a passion for working with multiple young children. Someone responsible and proactive that can see what need’s to be done or improved without being asked. During the day the main role will be looking after the baby, taking him to activities such as baby rhyme time, play dates, swimming lessons and visits to the park or arranging other educational activities. While he sleeps - cooking dinner for the children and helping with laundry/ general tidying. We are looking for someone to work as part of a family team, having the autonomy to decide the day's plans. Someone who is calm, kind and fun that can help the older boys get ready for school and complete school drop off/ pick up. The big boys respond really well to a positive reinforcement style of care, they need to feel safe and supported when being redirected, so a nanny who can turn tasks into fun games rather than an authoritative approach is preferred. In the afternoons, the nanny will be required to do the school pick up, help the boys with home work, give them dinner and a bath. Overall, we are looking for someone caring who can become part of the family and create fun-filled memories with the boys.
