We are partnered with a State Government organisation in Brisbane CBD to recruit a Planning and Scheduling Officer for a temporary assignment ending January 2025.
**Your new role**
You will be working within this State Government organisation to plan and schedule work for all maintenance and projects. During this temporary assignment, you will be responsible for:

- Managing correspondence
- Processing customer orders
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders
- Record all customer communication
- Develop and maintain knowledge and understanding of policies, procedures, external regulations and relevant technology

**What you'll need to succeed**
In order to be successful in this role, you must have:

- 2+ years’ experience as a practitioner working unsupervised
- Knowledge of systems such as UV3, Ellipse, Click and CRM
- Experience in customer relations
- Experience using phone systems
- Strong time management skills and the ability to multitask
