**Job Title**: Identity Verifier

**Location**: Mascot, NSW

**Job Type**: 6-month contract with possibility of extension

**Shift Timing**: 0800 - 1700 hours Monday to Friday

**Salary**: $45.66-$49.57 per hour

DFP Recruitment is currently seeking Identity Verifiers on behalf of a Federal Government Department to perform identity verification interviews with aviation security identification card (ASIC) applicants at Sydney Airport. As an Identity Verifier, you will be responsible for managing an appointment booking system, verifying the identity of the applicants, capturing and uploading their photos, confirming the authenticity of their identification documents, verifying their identity against their photo identity documents, issuing printed cards, managing card deliveries, and recording card returns.

**Requirements**:

- Must have current Baseline Security Clearance to be eligible
- Must obtain White ASIC issued by the AusCheck Issuing Body and Employability Suitability Clearance (ESC)
- Must be familiar with the Microsoft Office Suite (especially Outlook)
- Must have experience in face-to-face client engagement
- Must have a personal smart device and be willing to obtain a myGovID at Standard identity strength to enable access to the portal
- Previous experience handling/viewing/working with identification documents is desirable
