**About us**:
ONCALL Training College is a Registered Training Organisation providing training to both individuals and organisations. We provide short courses, accredited courses and custom designed courses to support training and professional development requirements to community services staff and organisations.

**The role**:
Due to increasing demand and ONCALL Training College business growth, we are looking for individuals with relevant experience and qualifications to deliver training in the following areas:
Accredited Medication Training
Accredited skill set - Human Rights
Manual Handling - training delivery on safe work practices when completing manual handling tasks, OHS responsibilities and safe use of mobility aids and equipment

This role would suit individuals with relevant experience in the Community Services Sector (Disability) or Nursing/Allied Health services background.

Ability to also deliver the following is advantageous, but not essential:
Introduction to Meal Assistance Via Percutaneous Endoscopic Gastrostomy (PEG)
Epilepsy and Midazolam Training - training delivery on different types of seizures, epilepsy management plans and administration of medication
Positive behaviour supports to minimise behaviours of concern
Supporting Individuals with Autism
CPR/FA training

**About you**:
Excellent communication skills

Ability to draw upon relevant industry experiences to deliver meaningful training
A passionate desire to help others achieve

Demonstrated proficiency and experience developing and delivering training programs and learning materials
Relevant industry qualifications and experience
A Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE40116) or higher
Working with Children's Check
National Police Check
NDIS Worker Screening Check
