**SUPERVISOR/MANAGER**:Project Supervisor / Operations Manager

**SALARY RANGE**:$70,000 - $80,000

**MAIN DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Surface Preparation: Prepare surfaces by removing old plaster, cleaning, and smoothing them to ensure optimal adhesion.
- Material Mixing: Mix plaster ingredients to the desired consistency, considering factors such as temperature, humidity, and drying time.
- Trimming and Finishing: Trim and finish surfaces of plaster to ensure a level and smooth texture, ready for painting or further finishing.
- Repair and Restoration: Perform repairs on damaged or deteriorated plaster, matching textures and finishes to seamlessly integrate with existing surfaces.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety guidelines and use appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) to maintain a safe work environment for oneself and others.
- Quality Control: Ensure high-quality workmanship by inspecting completed projects to verify compliance with specifications and standards.
- Team Collaboration: Collaborate effectively with other team members, including supervisors, contractors, and other trades workers, to coordinate project timelines and objectives.
- Client Communication: Interact professionally with clients
- Worksite Cleanliness: Keep work areas clean and organized before, during, and after painting tasks to minimize disruptions and maintain a tidy workspace.

**SKILLS & EXPERIENCE**

**Qualifications & Skills**:

- Certification: Completion of a plastering apprenticeship program or Certificate

III in Wall and Ceiling Lining (CPC31211).
- Construction Induction Safety White Card
- Experience: Proven experience as a Plasterer in construction or renovation projects.
- Skills: Proficient in using hand tools, power tools and plastering machinery.
- Attention to Detail: Keen eye for detail to achieve a high standard of finish and texture.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including standing for extended periods, lifting heavy materials, and working at heights.
- Strong eye for detail and ability to achieve precise and aesthetically pleasing results.
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
- Ability to work independently.
- Strong commitment to safety practices and compliance with health and safety regulations
- Effective communication skills to interact with clients and team members.
- Ability to use a computerised maintenance management system for job instruction processing and timesheets.

**Experience**:

- 5 years + of experience

**WORKING CONDITIONS**:
The role may involve working indoors or outdoors, depending on the project requirements. Flexibility with work hours may be necessary to meet project deadlines.

**Salary**: $70,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
