We are actively seeking an **Experienced Cafe Manager** to lead our team at O'Nikki. This role demands a deep background in cafe management, a proven track record of excellence, and the ability to maintain our high standards while creating a warm and inviting environment for our guests.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Operational Mastery**: Lead daily cafe operations, ensuring unwavering commitment to quality, cleanliness, and customer satisfaction.
- **Experienced Team Leadership**: Recruit, mentor, and manage cafe staff, creating a culture of excellence and providing expert guidance and support.
- **Supply Chain Expertise**: Oversee inventory levels, manage supply chain relationships, and ensure optimal stocking for efficient operations.
- **Customer-Centric Focus**: Personally drive an exceptional customer experience, handling guest interactions, addressing concerns, and consistently elevating service standards.
- **Menu Expertise**: Collaborate with our chef to evolve and refine the menu, embodying our dedication to fresh, regional, and locally sourced ingredients.
- **Financial Acumen**: Manage expenses effectively, and meet or exceed sales and profit targets.

**Qualifications**:

- **Proven Cafe Management Experience**: A demonstrated history of success in cafe or restaurant management is essential.
- **Leadership Excellence**: Exceptional leadership and interpersonal skills are a must.
- **Passion for Culinary Excellence**: A genuine love for outstanding food and coffee.
- **Customer-Centric Attitude**: Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to resolve conflicts.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $26.00 per hour

Expected hours: 8 - 9 per week
