**Your opportunity**
- Drive first call resolution and offer customer the best solution that meets their financial obligations.
- Adhere to the Collections Debt and NCCP consumer guidelines.
- Supporting the department delinquency by contributing individually to the business target.
- Ability to work on more complex collection accounts and propose solutions.
- Seek approvals when required for further collections actions/costs.

**You will bring to this role**
- Customer focused with superior communication skills and the ability to learn & adapt to new systems
- Knowledge of debt collections in financial services, utilities or services.
- Passionate about high performance and exceeding business expectation.
- Ability to deal with complex collections accounts and external mercantile agents
