Based in Brighton East, Inge Jabara Landscapes is an exceptionally well-regarded and high profile, Award-winning business in the industry. We specialise in design and construction of high end residential and commercial installations, from pools, pergolas and entertainment areas to decks, feature walls, retaining walls and garden art. **Position**:
We are seeking a Team Leader to oversee a portfolio of Regular gardens. In this role, you regularly maintain a portfolio of clients to keep the gardens in there best looking condition. You will have a fully equipped company van and a supporting staff member to do the role.

To be considered for this position, applicants should possess a Horticultural cert or degree or have a min of 5 years experience in garden maintenance. (Visa applicants are welcome but must be living in Australia). You must be a organised individual with good communication skills. Have leadership skills as well as previous experience in leading a team. You must be punctual and able to guide and support others in the wider team.

On-the-job training will be provided to familiarise you with our iPad-based scheduling and invoicing program plus getting to know the clients and the jobs.

**Requirements for the Role**:

- Must have completed Horticulture Certificate 3 or Diploma level (or equivalent).
- Must have a min of 5 years garden maintenance experience.
- Excellent organisational skills
- Current Visa to work in Australia (if required)
- Strong leadership skills
- Great Communication skills
- Driver Licence is a must.
