Whilst the people we are looking for do not need tenancy experience, they need to be able to manage a large work load, have skills to deal with a sometimes challenging client base, and be flexible with competing demands.**

- **Undertaking administrative functions associated with personnel matters and provide comprehensive, accurate human resource information as required.****:
- **Implementing and administering departmental information systems, including those relating to financial, human resource management, correspondence, records management and plant and equipment.****:
- **Undertaking inspections of properties, reporting any maintenance, general requests, property damage.****:
- **Face to face service delivery. Liaising, consulting, and maintaining effective relationships with team members, internal and external customers, and other stakeholders.****:
- **Providing high quality support using a range of software packages and databases to maintain and improve administration processes.***
