Subcontractor Administrator

**The Opportunity**:
We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Subcontractor Administrator to join our team at Welshpool. In this crucial role, you will be responsible for managing the administrative processes related to our subcontractor engagements, including invoice processing, purchase order management, payment reconciliations, regulatory reporting, and document handling.

**What you'll be responsible for**:
- Process invoices and raise purchase orders for goods and services
- Prepare monthly payment summaries and reconciliations
- Handle month-end processing, including RCTI POs and deduction returns
- Compile and submit quarterly WALGA (Western Australian Local Government Association) reports
- Process quarterly levy payments in SAP
- Manage bulk fleet vehicle registrations
- Process and action incoming mail and correspondence as required
**What you'll need to be successful**:
- Previous administration experience required
- Experience using SAP Ariba highly desired
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Strong attention to detail and numeracy skills
