**The Role**
A full-time, permanent role for an experienced front-end Construction and Projects Lawyer in Sydney.
Work closely with leading Partners in a front-end transactional construction work.
The ideal applicant will have not only an excellent business acumen but also accurate drafting skills and also strengths in negotiation. The work will constitute the completion and delivery of construction works and services for national ASX listed developers and REIT clients with significant commercial, retail and industrial property portfolios.

**Essential Requirements**
- 2 - 3 years PAE accrued exclusively in Construction and Projects in a reputable firm with a similar client profile
- Strong front-end skills in Construction and Projects matters
- Excellent interpersonal skills: strong plain English communication skills (written and verbal) and experience working in teams and autonomously
