This is a great opportunity to join our Sales team as an Industry PreSales Lead for Government with a particular focus on State Government. In this role, you will drive sales by providing high-level solution demonstrations and presentations, positioning business processes, and delivering proven practice guidance and value-selling.

**What you'll be doing...**

In this role, along with your expertise in Government solutions, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining extensive cross-product knowledge of TechnologyOne’s Government Solution and leveraging your expertise to support value-based selling.

Your responsibilities will also include:

- Driving demand generation and engaging early on prospecting, focusing on evolving longer-term opportunities.
- Supporting the achievement of sales targets and customer satisfaction
- Functioning as the lead for PreSales when responding to tenders and providing demonstrations, presentations and customer workshops, as appropriate.
- Determining the solution design in proposals, tender responses and customer workshops based on customer requirements related to the solution and value-selling
- Liaising with Product Success teams to maintain and update knowledge and the product roadmap as it relates to the TechnologyOne Government Industry Solution
- Assisting with the sales handover process and post-sales support where required.

**Continuous Improvement Deliverables**
- Identify trends and evolving regulatory requirements across Government, with a particular focus on State Government.
- Continually challenge the status quo and drive enhancements to business processes and the industry solution.

**Your Talents...**

As our Government PreSales Lead, you’ll have knowledge of Government business processes and strategic management and industry trends. Your experience will include the following:

- Deep knowledge of Government business requirements, processes, and trends.
- ERP software Sales and/or Consulting experience
- Knowledge of the TechnologyOne Government Solution, preferable
- Experience with C-level customer engagement through presentations and value-selling
- Strong communication skills and ability to foster cross-team collaboration.
- Ability to lead, engage and coordinate team activities and manage internal stakeholders.
- High-level skills across Microsoft tools (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
- Ability to time-manage and meet set deadlines.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently.
- Ability to work on multiple projects and manage priorities.
