Our client has been in operation for over 28 years, and are Air Conditioning, Refrigeration and Electrical Emergency Services specialists.
They are now looking for an experienced full time Service Coordinator to join the team.
As the Service Coordinator, you will be responsible for the efficient allocation of Field Service Technicians, booking breakdowns, planned maintenance and other repairs. This role also involves answering and making calls to customers to ensure their needs are identified and met. This is a permanent full time role and will be based in Ferntree Gully.
This is a busy and varied role with no two days the same, and would ideally suit someone with experience in a similar role.
**Duties and Responsibilities**
- Coordinate repair and breakdown responses effectively.
- Plan and allocate field technician jobs.
- Coordinate spare parts activity.
- Coordinate sublet activity for field repairs.
- Maintain service KPI's.
- Ensure technicians abide by OH&S policy and practices.
- Maintain the integrity of database information.
- Provide exceptional customer service.
- Have a minimum of 2 years experience in a similar role.
- Be self motivated with excellent time-management skills.
- Able to multi-task.
- Have excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Exceptional communication and customer service skills with the ability to negotiate at all levels both internally and externally.
- Competent computer skills.
- Able to work well under pressure and at busy times.
