Concrete Batcher/ Allocator

We currently have an opportunity for a Concrete Batcher/ Allocator/ Customer Service specialist to join our welcoming and supportive team.

Based in Toowoomba, this full time permanent opportunity is critical to our business as it ensures the expectations of our customers are met by maximising the efficiency and utilisation of our fleet of concrete agitator trucks.

In this role, you will receive calls from customers, take orders and finalise the sale of pre-mixed concrete for delivery.

Working closely with the production team, you will schedule and allocate the delivery of product to the customer.

**Responsibilities**
- Use software packages to schedule rostering and truck movements for the local area
- Represent the Hy-Tec brand and provide excellent phone based customer service
- Commitment to safety and continuous improvement values
- Assist with related administrative duties
- Ensure CoR requirements are adhered to at all times

**What you will need to succeed**
- Demonstrated ability to prioritise work effectively in an environment of constant change
- Previous experience in a customer service/planning/scheduling function obtained from the concrete industry (desired but not essential)
- Previous experience in Command/Jonel batching systems
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with an ability to build rapport with diverse customers
- Competent when working with computers and various software packages (training provided)
