We are looking for a person with:

- Exceptional customer service skills delivering a thoughtful guest experience
- Attention to detail ensuring a seamless, positive and consistent guest experience.
- The ability to problem solve under pressure with a positive attitude in a high-volume restaurant.
- Be proficient in running a hands on business with experience in implementing systems and efficiencies.
- Have a positive attitude, enthusiasm and self motivation.
- Minimum 2-3 yrs proven management experience.

You will be responsible for:

- Ensuring SRORE ESPRESSO CAMPERDOWN operate efficiently and profitably while maintaining STORE ESPRESSO’S reputation and ethos.
- Monitoring Budgets and managing the daily operation.
- Desgining and working on new items on the menu with the chef
- Combining strategic planning and manage all day to day aspects of STORE ESPRESSO with a focus on delivering positive customer experiences and service standards aligned with STORE ESPRESSO’s high standards of professionalism.
- Leading a positive team culture and promote an inclusive work environment.
- A strong focus on training and culture.
- The business performance, quality standards and health and safety of the venue.

**Salary**: $70,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
