The purpose of the Signage Technician position is to design, install, and service a wide range of signage solutions, ensuring that client specifications are met through effective communication, precision, and adherence to industry standards. The role also involves collaborating with clients and team members to deliver high-quality, visually appealing signage that enhances brand visibility.
- Installing and servicing various types of signage, including illuminated and non-illuminated signs.
- Conducting site inspections to assess the installation environment, take measurements, and gather necessary details for quoting, production, and servicing.
- Conferring with clients to review proposals, sketches, and written instructions, determining the optimal composition and design of signs.
- Assisting in the design and creation of signage solutions, ensuring they meet client specifications and industry standards.
- Communicating with clients to obtain positioning approval before installation and ensuring final sign-off post-installation.
- Collaborating with team members to receive direction on projects and provide feedback on proposed and confirmed jobs, including design considerations.
- Diagnosing and troubleshooting faults in signage systems to perform necessary repairs and maintenance.
- Managing time effectively to plan, schedule, and execute design, installation, and service tasks within designated timelines.
- Maintaining clear communication with customers, suppliers, and colleagues to ensure the smooth progression of projects, from design through to installation.
- Adapting to changes in project requirements or industry standards, reflecting the evolving nature of the signage industry.
- Ensuring precision and attention to detail in all aspects of signage design, installation, and servicing.

Pay: $80,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

**Experience**:

- Signage: 2 years (preferred)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (preferred)

Willingness to travel:

- 50% (preferred)
