**About the role**

Opportunity for a highly motivated and proactive individual to join us at our Welshpool Warehouse. If you are committed to working in a team environment, demonstrate initiative and flexibility and have good communication, time management and customer service skills then this is the position for you.

The Despatch Clerk is accountable to the Warehouse Manager for the effective operation of the Despatch Office and associated distribution functions including coordinating distribution delivery runs in a fast-paced environment. Working closely with the Warehouse Manager, Warehouse Supervisor, Leading Hand and other warehouse employees onsite and with the State Office and the National Customer Service Centre, remotely.

**About you**
- Experienced in use of Microsoft suite of products, significant experience using Word, Excel and Outlook. An understanding of SAP would be beneficial.
- Good communication skills both written and oral.
- Strong organisational and time management capabilities are essential.
- Problem solving skills are required.
- High level customer services skills are essential along with attention to detail.
- Certificate IV in Warehousing and Distribution is desirable.
