This is an initial 12-month day rate contract + rolling 6-month extensions based in Brisbane.

As the Scrum Master / Technical Delivery Lead you will have the following responsibilities:
Be the Technical lead across Digital Solutions for three strategic projects (part of the Marketing & Engagement Technology Program):
CRM (platform to be selected by mid-May);
Martech Acceleration (optimising the use of existing technologies and improving people, process and technical components);
Take responsibility and drive the iterative delivery of the Program in JIRA, including backlog management, agile ceremonies, stand-ups etc. (with a practical and delivery focussed lens);
Perform project management tasks, inc, schedule, budget, risk / issue, benefit, scope management and attend the Steering Committee as required;
Be the technical liaison with the software vendors (QA'g their work as required to ensure it represents the best outcomes for the organisation);
Lead the technical team and work alongside the business stream leads and team members;
Product quality outputs that can easily be understood and communicated, e.g. High-level Technical Diagrams and Workflows;
Assist with the selection and design phases throughout 2023 for CRM, Martech and Azure;
Hybrid WFH and On-site (min 2 days in the office);
The right person will have the below attributes;
Focus on progress and delivery over perfection (i.e. working within the maturing methodology to deliver value);
CRM and / or Azure background is preferred;
Experienced team manager;
Good communicator (written and verbal);
Solid technical skills to work closely with the Program Architect and technical teams; and

Positive attitude and problem solver.

Must be a permanent resident or Australian Citizen to apply.
