We are seeking an experienced, energetic, and motivated Full-time Restaurant Manager with good work ethics, high personal standards and people-skills to manage a fast-paced quick service restaurant.
- Responsible for complete management of the store with a focus on operational compliance, customer service, staff management, productivity, and growth.
- Stock purchase and inventory management.
- Understanding aspects of restaurant profitability in order to bring about improvements.
- Efficient in-store costumer service and speedy handling of online orders.
- Recruitment, training, rostering and motivating staff.
- Weekly reporting relating with time sheets, wages, inventory management.
- Cash management and banking.
- Maintain a positive morale and enjoyable working environment.

**Skills/experiences required**:

- Diploma OR
- At least 3 years of relevant work experience.
- Advance computer literacy.
- Great communication and administrative skills.
- Ability to manager contracts.
- Demonstrated experience within a similar environment.

Position: Full-time - Permanent

Salary offered: $70,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year.
