Wholesale Promotions Warehouse is Australia's leading promotional branding company and has been in business for 12 years. We act as liaisons between our clients and item manufacturers to get client's logos branded onto items for events and marketing.

We are looking for a full-time Sales Representative who will be based in a Fitzroy office. You will be working alongside our Sales Managers and our Client Support Officers, and the main goal of your role is to increase our business reach through a number of different channels.

Tasks include:

- Quoting clients on our products and negotiating payment terms, writing up deals & recording all sales via CRM.
- Liaising with clients & manufacturers & organising post sale production.
- Follow up with clients post sale to ensure they are satisfied with goods & service and resolving any problems that may arise.
- Client Relationship Management and updating CRM records.
- Assessing clients' needs and recommending and explaining goods and services to them that are suitable for their businesses.
- Attending trade shows & meeting with new/existing suppliers to find new products within the industry & maintain up to date product knowledge.
- Running advertising campaigns and mail outs to bring in new/repeat sales.
- Researching potential demand and characteristics for new goods and services and monitoring competitors' activity and pricing.

Must have a bachelor’s degree/higher qualification or at least 5 years relevant experience.

Salary will be between $60,000 - $80,000.
