Cadence Connect have been engaged on an exclusive basis to source a talented Helpdesk Analyst. You will be joining an well known global brand and given the opportunity to learn and develop your skill set. This is a contract opportunity with an immediate start

**Responsibilities**:

- Troubleshoot hardware and software issues
- Install, configure and maintain computer hardware and software systems
- Set up and maintain computer networks and ensure their security
- Maintain records of hardware and software inventory
- Provide training to end-users on the proper use of hardware and software systems
- Collaborate with other IT staff to ensure that technology systems are up-to-date and functioning properly
- Continuously improve technical knowledge by attending workshops and training sessions

**Requirements**:

- 2+ years of experience in IT support
- Methodical troubleshooting approach
- Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Willingness to learn new technologies and techniques
