- 9 day fortnight
- 72.5 hour fortnight
- Hybrid, flexible working environment, including some work from home days.

**Integrated Transport Planning and Design**

The position sits within the Integrated Transport Planning and Design department. The primary focus of this department is to plan, manage and design the region's integrated transport network consistent with Council's corporate strategic vision, policies and strategies.

**About our opportunity**

We have an exciting new role for a **_Program Analyst_** to join a small team of professionals, working on a wide variety of projects which support a developing branch. Your information and data skills will assist many professionals to enhance and improve their work.

You will have the opportunity to make this role your own as it is brand new to the team

As our Program Analyst you will identify appropriate data requirements to track the progress and performance of programs and assist the Transport Program Coordination and Improvement (TPCI) team in reviewing processes and procedures to improve program management and reporting across ITPD.

You will support the broader outputs of the team, by contributing to a positive culture which fosters a cohesive, motivated, and positive work environment that strives for excellence in customer service.

**About you**

We are seeking someone who has a passion for data and supporting a team with its extraction, analysis and use. Do you have Experience in Reporting and Analytics, Power Bi and similar data visualisation tools? Are you highly skilled at integrating data from multiple sources into a single data set to allow analysis and interpretation to provide meaningful insights.

Are you able to build strong relationships with your stakeholders and communicate complex data analysis efficiently and effectively?

**_ You will hold a Certificate in Business or IT or ITIL, or experience in a similar role._**
