We are seeking an expert Sterile Technician to join our Nova Sterile production team:

**What **you’ll** do**

Reporting to the Sterile Manager, the Sterile Technician is responsible for playing a critical role in our business. Your responsibilities will include:

- Preparing the Blow Fill Seal machines to fill suspensions/solutions to deliver high-quality medicines to patients
- Following standard operating procedures to meet right-first-time targets
- Working closely with Engineering, Quality, Micro lab and other teams to tackle technical problems and work on process improvements
- Environmental monitoring of the Nova Sterile environment

**Essential for the role**
- Works in a team environment and communicates effectively with team and other contacts relevant to their role
- Behaves in a manner consistent with AZ Values
- Proven experience working in a regulated and similar environment
- A clear understanding of GMP is in the workplace.
- Strong technical background in batch manufacturing or equivalent
- Advanced problem-solving skills
- Ability to work as a part of a team

**Desirables for the role**
- Experience in a Pharmaceutical manufacturing environment, ideally in sterile manufacturing would be advantageous but not essential
