We are currently seeking motivated and reliable individuals to join a dynamic manufacturing team based out of their Wangara operations.
Our client is a leading Western Australian family company supporting the cabinet making and shop fitting industries covering a wide range of products.
As a Factory Hand, you will play a crucial role in the production process, contributing to the creation of high-quality products in a fast-paced environment. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who thrive in a team-oriented setting and are dedicated to delivering excellence in their work.
These positions offer full time ongoing employment and offer an immediate start.
**Responsibilities**:
Assembly and Production: Perform manual tasks involved in the assembly and production of goods according to established procedures and quality standards.
Machine Operation: Operate machinery and equipment under supervision, ensuring proper handling and adherence to safety guidelines.
Quality Control: Inspect finished products to ensure they meet quality specifications and report any deviations or defects to the supervisor.
Material Handling: Assist in the movement of raw materials and finished products within the manufacturing facility, using appropriate tools and equipment.
Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with team members to achieve production targets and maintain a positive and efficient work environment.
Adherence to Safety Standards: Follow all safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a secure working environment.
Cleanliness and Organization: Maintain a clean and organized workspace, contributing to overall efficiency and safety in the manufacturing facility.
Training and Development: Participate in training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge related to the manufacturing process.
**Requirements**:
Previous Experience: While previous manufacturing experience is advantageous, it is not mandatory. We welcome individuals with a strong work ethic and a willingness to learn.
