**About the Opportunity**
A unique opportunity exists for a full time Land Economist to join our growing success and become a part of a vibrant working environment. Working within the dynamic Occupier Services team, this role will allow you to showcase your existing skills and further develop your career with a great company.
Key responsibilities will include;
- Financial modelling skills and understanding as to the key inputs involved in multiple real estate financial analysis scenarios.
- Competent at reviewing commercial leases and summarising key clauses contained within
- Conducting tenancy inspections and negotiating leases on behalf of office tenants
- Activating marketing strategies on behalf of tenant
- Developing a strong understanding of market trends and market data
- Maintaining databases and other company reference tools
- Prior experience working in tenant advisory.
- Determine the market value of property based on demand, location, land improvements and trends
- Develop sales and leasing proposals for commercial land and property.
- Check planning regulations and legal documents.
**What Sets You Apart**
- Minimum 5 years’ experience as a tenant adviser across multiple markets
- Proven experience in collaborating with international investors and clients across several sectors including institutional, private equity and funds management with the commercial real estate industry.
- Deep knowledge of the office market - major owners, key strategies, relevant legislation and trends — and the ability to translate these differences to key stakeholders in other markets.
- Proven experience in transitioning key client relationships into business transactions within the office sector
- Possess extensive market knowledge and proficiency within institutional grade properties.
- Proven success working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
- Understanding and competent at real estate financial modelling
- Gather intellectual property for the benefit of the company and employees.
- Thorough knowledge of market changes and forces that influence the company.
- Ensure adherence to all legal requirements associated with the role.
- Strong communication and inter-personal skills
- Attention to detail.
