We’re currently on the lookout for a Plant Manager for our Knoxfield factory.
**Key focus & responsibilities**
In this pivotal role, you will assist in driving continued operations growth at our Victorian Metro Site in Knoxfield. Reporting to the National Manufacturing Manager, the Plant Manager role will see you manage all facets of manufacturing and operations across Stramit and Taurean Door Systems (TDS).
This role will ensure the manufacturing operation continues to operate towards a target of Zero Harm; EBIT budget is met, DIFOTIS & Customer Satisfaction KPI’s are achieved through a relentless drive of productivity & quality. You will be responsible for leading and developing a team and strengthening relationships with cross functional teams both onsite and across our national footprint. Your role is a pivotal part of the Operations leadership group, responsible for driving our team to meet our stated objectives.

- Plant Operations Management;

- Cost Optimisation and efficiencies;
- Customer Service

- 5 years’ experience in similar role
