**The Company**
Our client, a major manufacturing company that represents worldwide, is seeking an experienced Adminstrator on a temporary to permanent basis to support their busy, sucessful sales team.
**The Role**
As an Sales adminstrator your duties will include but not be limited to:
- Processing new quotes in to the system
- Matching product codes accurately
- Monitoring inventory
- Handling product recalls, refunds, warranty admin
- Arranging Logistics/ Courier Eta's
- Accurately updating multiple systems ( JDE, Salesforce)
- **Location**:Macquarie Park, Sydney - Parking Onsite
- **Salary: $32.75**/hour + Superannuation
- **Hours**:Monday to Friday - 8.30am till 5pm
- **Temp to Perm** opportunity
- Some WFH, work from home after training
**You**
As a successful Adminstrator you will offer:
- Previous experience in a busy admin role
- Able to work towards deadlines
- Strong attention to detail and typing skills
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal & written
- Basic to Intermediate Word, Excel, PowerPoint & typing skills
