HOBAN are currently working a Tertiary education provider who are seeking **Exam Invigilators** to support their upcoming student exams in February. No experience required You will be working to make a difference within the education sector for students completing their study exams
- **Pay rate**: $33ph+super
- **Location**: Canberra, ACT
**Exam Dates**:2nd and 3rd of February
**Key responsibilities of this role include**:
- **Exam Supervision**: Maintain a quiet and controlled testing environment during exams to ensure a fair and secure atmosphere.
- **Rule Enforcement**: Enforce exam rules and regulations to prevent any form of cheating or misconduct.
- **Distribution and Collection**: Distribute exam papers, materials, and instructions accurately. Collect completed exams and ensure proper organization.
**What you will have to be successful as an Exam Invigilator**:
- Excellent Communication Skills
- Customer Service experience
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively
- Dependability, reliability, punctuality
- Solid computer skills, including Microsoft Office
- Ability to perform basic diagnosis and troubleshooting of computer software (Have basic tech/computer skills
- Tech-Savvy)
- Understand and commit to maintaining appropriate standards of confidentiality and security of materials
- Understand the importance of criteria and protocol related to assessment, and test administration
**Job Type**: Casual
**Salary**: $33.00 per hour
