About th e role

We are looking to expand our pool of Locum Paediatricians at Eastern Health

This is a zero hour contract for Paediatricians who are potentially available to cover leave both planned and short notice, at either or all of our three acute sites - Angliss, Box Hill and Maroondah Hospitals.

This may include ward work and Outpatient clinics.

Locum staff will be asked to cover leave as required and they choose whether they are available or not.

About you

**To be successful in this role you will possess**:
Current Specilaist Paediatrician registration with AHPRA

Current (and maintained) experience in resuscitation of Neonates and Paediatric patients

Highly developed interpersonal and leadership experience

A strong commitment to high quality care

The ability to work as part of a diverse team

Excellent communication and organisational skills

Vaccination against infectious disease is a mandatory requirement of this role. An offer of employment is conditional on you providing evidence that you are currently vaccinated against COVID-19 with booster & Influenza, prior to commencing employment.
