We are currently seeking a Crew Leader to support our field work crews for all planned construction and repair & maintenance works. You will be responsible for leadiong the construction and repair & maintenance activities on the gas network; through the delivery of services, materials & equipment.

Our position is a Permanent Full-Time Opportunity with an attractive salary including superannuation with the opportunity to work overtime.

**About the role**:

- Lead construction, repairs, testing and connection of gas mains and services
- Site set up and restorations
- Ensure inventory and equipment coordination for crew(s)
- Safe and efficient operation of excavation equipment
- Conduct excavations and civil construction activities within the utility industries
- Ensure worksite safety and environmental controls are established and maintained
- Ensure that all work is performed within Work Cover requirements.
- Work with other Zinfra employees and third parties to repair gas mains and services under emergency situations in line with planned and incident management procedures.

**About you**:

- Have a strong attitude towards quality and safety
- Hold a trade qualification or have relevant trade/labouring experience
- Construction Induction Card (White Card)
- Valid driver's licence _(Medium Rigid Truck Licence - highly desirable)_
- Hold an Excavator/Skid steer operations and VOC licence (highly desirable)
- Willingness to work in a fantastic team environment
