Gutter Cleaning at Heights

**Do you like to work outdoors? Are you ok with working at heights?**

This is initially a casual position (working 5 days a week), but for the right person, who demonstrates their ability to work, follow and complete tasks, has attention to detail, is polite and has clear communication with our customers, this could lead to a full-time position.

Please note: This position involves working at heights, up and down ladders and working on a roof. You must be FIT & comfortable working at HEIGHTS. All safety gear will be supplied. Relevant working at heights training will be provided. The role is outdoors, working in all kinds of weather.

The day-to-day work of this role is to drive to sites and operate our specialised wet/dry vacuum equipment to clean gutters of all types. We work with both residential and commercial customers. You will mainly be working on your own, but in some cases on larger commercial jobs work in a small team environment.

You MUST HAVE or be able to obtain:

- Full, open Drivers licence.
- National police check (if you hold already, must be no more than 6 months old). **Required**:

- Construction Induction card (white card).
- Working with Vulnerable People’s card.
- Be willing to have the Influenza Immunisation each year, as per requirements to work on Aged Care sites.
- Be fully COVID 19 vaccinated as per the requirements to work on Aged Care sites. (3 vaccinations)
- You have a positive attitude and are reliable.
- You can follow procedures and show pride in the work you complete. Attention to detail is important as we pride ourselves on the perfectly finished work for our customers.
- Don’t mind working outdoors and have done physical labour in past positions.
- You are a neat and tidy person that looks after other people’s property.
- You have great organisation skills.
- You speak clear English and can interact with a diverse range of people.

Based in Kingston and work around the Southern region Hobart area and sometimes in Northern Tasmania. There may be some travel involved from time to time (rarely), working in the north of Tasmania. You will be away for a week at a time. Accomodation is paid for and you will receive a living away from home allowance.
