We manage Premium Retail shopfitting projects from design to implementation for International Retail Brands.

The business is growing fast, and this position of JOINER is integral to its continued success.

**Main responsibilities**:
The successful applicant will be well-versed in all aspects of shopfitting/Joiner, has at least 10 years of experience as a joiner and is an expert in 3D design with at least 5 years of experience in 3D modelling Computer-Aided Design (CAD) software.

**Your key responsibilities**:

- Develop Technical joinery drawings and create 3D Experience Design Work for every project.
- Expert in 2D and 3D design software such as AutoCAD and Fusion 360, you will design and automate every stage of the 3D manufacturing process. You can customize projects in 2D or 3D using these tools.
- You will power the team’s creativity with the automation, collaboration and new features of the 3D software.
- You will create a customized workspace maximizing productivity with add-on apps and APIS.
- With SWOOD Design, you will connect everyone on a single innovation platform and create a superior customer experience.
- Procurement: you will be in charge of ordering all project materials and challenge prices.
- You will lead the team through the entire manufacturing process and site installation (and train then if needed)
- You will be conscious of deadlines, a team player, and have a friendly disposition.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to interact with suppliers and colleagues on all levels.

**The requested skills & experience**:

- Joinery advanced skills, 10+ years of experience as a Joiner in various roles, including expertise in luxury.
- High level of experience in 3D Modelling-Aided Design such as AutoCAD, SWOOD Design, SketchUp and Fusion 360.
- Experience in working and programming a CNC machine (Computer numerical control)
- Procurement experience.
- Management skills and Training skills: experience in transitioning teams to new working methods.
- Able to manage timelines and deadlines.
- Meticulous in your attention to detail to deliver the project to the quality standards expected by luxury brands.
- Agility: able to manage multiple projects at a time
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Outstanding organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills

**Salary**: $90,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Peakhurst, NSW 2210: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
