We are seeking a dynamic, friendly and enthusiastic Nurse Unit Manager to lead a busy Perioperative Unit. You'll be joining this very stable unit, who is the epitome of the positive culture some units often dream about.

The role will see you providing strong leadership and communication skills, upholding the values, managing all clinical services and human resources management. You'll be reporting to and incredibly supportive and friendly Director of Clinical Services.

**Great What do I need to get started?**
- Current Nursing registration with AHPRA
- At least 5 years' experience in a perioperative scrub/scout setting
- Experience in the leadership and management of a multidisciplinary team
- Strong clinical expertise and passion for delivering high quality patient care
- Experience in a clinical nurse or NUM position (desirable)
