ACCOUNTING ACCOUNTANT - FINANCIAL MELBOURNE PERMANENT / FULL TIME

The company’s reputation is unrivalled with a $10bn portfolio with great culture including regular team events. Due to consistent growth and work pipeline; the team are looking for a financial accountant to join the team taking control of finances across the company and projects.

**Key responsibilities**

Taking the financial lead acting as the contact between the business teams and external parties to provide smooth finance controls.
- Working on settlement and loan reconciliations across major projects.
- Preparation financial reports, claims, budgets and forecasts.
- Oversee Ledgers, reconciliations and coordination of claims liaising with project teams.
- Co-ordinate with operations teams to improve processes.
- Oversee financial compliance, regulations and auditing process.
- Tracking costs, cashflow and preparing BAS lodgements.

**Keys Skills**
- Tertiary education in Finance, Commerce or Accounting with CPA/CA or undertaking.
- 3+ years industry experience in a similar role or property.
- Active approach with initiative to work with different teams.
- You are focused on development and learning new skills.
- Great communication to build internal and external relationships.
