**About the role**:
The primary purpose of the Internal Review Officer at an APS5 level is to monitor and manage caseloads, ensuring internal reviews are completed within set timeframes.
- Working with external stakeholders to gather information regarding the nature and context of review requests,
- Informing participants and their representatives about decisions, reviews, and the appeals process.
- Undertaking evidence-based decision making as prescribed in the relevant legislation and policies outlined by the agency
- Contributing to quality improvement activities to enhance service delivery practice, processes, and systems.

**About you**:

- Demonstrated experience working in a similar role or field
- Ability to manage multiple tasks with competing demands
- Strong attention to detail and highly organised
- Strong administration and communication skills

**Benefits**:

- $55.24 per hour + super
- Full Time Hours, Monday to Friday
