We are looking for an _**Assistant Accountant **_to join the team.
Somebody who is able to demonstrate a diligent work ethic and is eager to learn and adapt to the changing demands of their position. If you are able to work independently and manage several different deadlines at the same time, we want to hear from you

**Responsibilities**:
As an _**Assistant Accountant **_you will have a variety of different responsibilities which may include,
- Supporting senior accountants and the finance team generally
- Routine book-keeping, including maintenance of the general ledger and reconciliation of accounts
- General administrative duties as required by senior staff
- Preparation of accounting documentation
- Ensuring timely and accurate completion of invoices and payments, sales receipts, purchase orders
- Managing payroll processes
- Building and assessing financial reports

**Job Requirements**:

- Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Commerce, Accounting, Business Administration or related field.
- Working with Children Check **(EMPLOYEE)**:

- Police Check
- NDIS Screening Check

**Job Type**: Part-time
Part-time hours: 30 per week

**Salary**: $28.00 - $34.00 per hour

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Sunshine, VIC: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Bachelor Degree (preferred)
