- **Temporary Part-Time position working 7.5 hours per week up to 30/06/2026**

**Overview**
- The primary objective of the role is to provide professional leadership and expertise to the Rural Generalist Program South Australia (RGPSA) and to provide support for Trainee Medical Officers (TMOs) in the rural & remote regions of South Australia.
- The Rural Generalist Obstetrics Advisor must be willing and available to travel throughout regional Local Health Networks and South Australia to support trainees, supervisors and mentors. Face-to-face contact, either in person or ‘virtual’ is an integral part of the education support function.
- In addition, the Rural Generalist Obstetrics Advisor will be responsible for providing quarterly reports to the Rural Generalist Program Steering Committee for the delivery of marketing, engagement, and education activities.
- The Rural Generalist Obstetrics Advisor will provide guidance and support to the Rural Generalist Clinical Lead, other Rural Generalist Advisors, Rural Generalist Coordination Unit and all key stakeholders.
