**Apprentice Baker (1st Year).**

**Weekend penalty rates and flexible start times. - Day shifts available**

Bakers Delight Cranbourne and Fountain Gate, require an Apprentice Baker for immediate start to train in all areas of bread making including:

- Dough mixing
- Oven Work
- Customer service
- Moulding, Topping / Decorating
- Cleaning

This is an **ENTRY LEVEL position** with full training onsite within this well-established baking franchise.

In this team-oriented environment you will need to:

- Commit to a 3 year Apprenticeship
- Be reliable and have a quality focus
- Have a great eye for detail and be able to follow instructions
- Be able to work as part of a team
- Have awesome customer service and communication skills
- A passion for quality music

**Weekend penalty rates and flexible start times. - **Our state of the art equipment means no more midnight start times. Our new apprentices start as late as 8am
