Calvary John James Hospital is seeking a Perioperative Clinical Manager with exceptional leadership and decision making skills to join our professional team on a full time basis.

You will utilise your strong perioperative clinical experience, good time management and problem solving skills in this dynamic role.

About the role

The Perioperative Clinical Manager is responsible for the daily operational management, staffing and recruitment, profitability, staff education and govern activities carried out by Perioperative Staff ensuring adherence to the policies, business plans, objectives and budgets approved by the Executive Team.

AHPRA Registration

Advanced perioperative skills and clinical judgement, critical thinking and ethical decision-making processes.

Commitment to ensuring quality services are delivered to both internal & external clients through continuous improvement activities.

Demonstrated ability to work effectively as a member of a multidisciplinary team

Demonstrated high level communication, interpersonal skills and customer service skills

A desire to join a team committed to the care of others in a mission based organisation
