**About the role**
RACQ’s CTP Insurance provides an efficient and cost-effective claims service to assist people injured in motor vehicle accidents.
Advisors will work with claims officers and external stakeholders to ensure that injured persons are the beneficiaries of effective injury management practice and return to work strategies, delivered efficiently and empathetically.
**Duties**
- Advise claims management teams on the nature of injuries, recovery timeframes and appropriate treatment for injured claimants.
- Where possible, support claimants through direct contact with the injured person and any relevant clinical providers
**About You**
- Tertiary qualifications and current registration in Queensland in a related discipline such as Occupational Therapy, Exercise Physiology, Psychology, Physiotherapy or Nursing
- Knowledge of CTP environment and legislation will be well regarded.
