**Your new company**

This government agency plays an important part in the Queensland community as they build and maintain government-owned assets including schools, social housing, correctional and health facilities. In 2021-22 this client helped to deliver $1.6B of works to Queensland Government agencies. This client is currently seeking experienced Supervisor to join their project team based throughout the Western Suburbs of Brisbane.

**Your new role**

In your new role you will be working as a Supervisor in the Western Suburbs of Brisbane. You will be responsible for identifying and defining scopes of work for maintenance and upgrade works. This role will involve coordinating and undertaking the delivery of high-quality condition assessment services for clients, including inspections/surveys of building elements and administer contracts. In this role you will collaborate with the internal estimating & procurement teams regarding award tenders, and you will be required to action all planned & unplanned servicemen maintenance works.

**What you'll need to succeed**

The successful applicant will have worked on Commercial or Industrial projects previously as a Supervisor who has the following experience:

- Demonstrated experience in a similar role, across the commercial or industrial construction sector
- Trade background preferred
- Strong written & verbal communication
- Strong time management & organisational skills
- A high-level attention to detail and a professional manner
- Ability to obtain a current Police Check
- Hold a current Australian Driver’s Licence
- Hold a Construction White Card
