**What is the role?**
In this role, you will be actively assisting with patient issues working with providers to ensure they receive the best care possible.
Your duties will include:
- Patient introductions and answering phone calls
- Assist Patients with Payment Plans and work with their insurance companies.
- Working with Management to achieve organizational goals.
To be successful in this role, you will need
- Excellent Communicator to all levels both internally and patient-facing.
- Great Organisational skills and ability to multitask
- Able to support each team member to deliver
- Attention to detail
- Flexible and willing to learn
- At least 2 years of experience in similar roles.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time
Part-time hours: 20-40 per week
**Salary**: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour
