**Description**:
**ABOUT THE ROLE**:
We are looking for a professional, people-oriented Housekeeping Assistants to join our team. The Housekeeping Assistant’s role is to deliver a high standard of housekeeping services to our valued residents and staff that will enhance residents’ way of life and the staff’s working environment.

**Your responsibilities may include but are not limited to**:

- Delivering quality housekeeping services to residents and staff in a hygienic and safe manner, ensuring residents can live in a clean and well-maintained space
- Assisting with the preparation of vacant rooms to prepare for new resident admissions
- Being responsive and sensitive to resident and customer needs and information
- Monitoring the safe use of chemicals when performing duties and performing regular operational checks
- Ensuring efficient marking and labelling of resident clothing and track lost property as required
- Ensuring all activities are performed in accordance with infection control standards and OHS requirements

- Proficient written and verbal communication skills
