**About the Role**:
The Northern Adelaide Local Health Network is seeking a Clinical Nurse to join the Prison Assessment and Consultation Team (PACT).

This position will offer you professional growth opportunities within a supportive and inclusive culture. In this key position you will demonstrate your experience and previous success working as a Registered Mental Health Nurse to ensure high quality care is delivered to our consumers.

The Prison Assessment and Consultation Team is a specialist state-wide service which endeavours to identify and treat mental health disorders among consumers in custody/prison. As a Clinical Nurse in the PACT team, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality mental health care to individuals in the correctional system. You will be responsible for conducting comprehensive assessments, developing treatment plans and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to ensure the best possible outcomes for your patients.

To succeed in this role, you must possess excellent clinical skills, a strong commitment to patient-centred care and the ability to work effectively in a secure environment. You will have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the lives of individuals who may have complex mental health needs and challenging backgrounds.

To be eligible for this position, you must be registered or eligible for registration as a Nurse with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia and hold, or be eligible to hold, a current practicing certificate. Must be enrolled in an approved mental health course or hold a qualification in mental health practice.
