**Description**:
**ABOUT THE ROLE**:
We are looking for an outgoing and compassionate Assistants in Nursing (AIN) to join our growing team - permanent and casual positions available. An AIN’s role is to provide individualised and respectful personal care assistance to our residents in aged care to enhance their everyday living circumstances.

**Your responsibilities may include but are not limited to**:

- Providing comprehensive care and assistance to residents in accordance with individual care plans
- Completion of appropriate documentation and reporting to Registered and Enrolled Nurses when required
- Complying with Occupational Health and Safety requirements, performance standards, and Customer Service Quality standards
- Administering of medications as per medication manual when required

**Skills and Experiences**:
**KEY ROLE REQUIREMENTS**:

- Cert III Aged Care or Individual Support, or agreeance to undertake traineeship to achieve the same
- Working rights within Australia
- NDIS Worker Screening Check
- Current Influenza Statement
- Minimum three doses of COVID-19 Vaccination
- Current First Aid Certificate
- Passion for helping others and making a meaningful impact on residents’ quality of life
- Highly developed presentation skills, interpersonal and written communication skills
- Knowledge of the Aged Care Act 1997 and other relevant legislation and regulations
- Ability to operate in a team environment using participative management practices
- Proficient organisational and time management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks to achieve set goals
- Adaptability to operate in a dynamic and demanding working environment
- Flexible approach to work with availability to work weekends if required
