About the Role

**Nurse Grade 7**:

- Maintain high level of interpersonal and negotiation skills to inform and train the healthcare team of clinical practice updates and research findings within Bayside Community Mental Health area.
- Utilise advanced clinical skills and expertise to support nurses in patient care planning, delivery and education.
- Collaborate and supports NUM, CNC and the healthcare team to deliver safe clinical practice in alignment with organisation goals and unit priorities.

**HP5**:

- Facilitate evidence-based practice in the area of interprofessional team members within Bayside ACT and EDMH to ensure efficiency and effectiveness of service provision and discharge planning, through implementation and facilitation of quality initiatives, literature reviews, attendance at professional development activities and involvement in research and education.
- Lead and support the delivery of clinical services in accordance with accepted professional practices, standards and principles including the legal and ethical requirements with a high degree of independence.
