We're looking for an experienced Paralegal or Business Support professional to join the Legal and Legislation Division's Legal Practice Coordination team. The Paralegal, Legal Branch, will play a critical support role providing quality administrative and paralegal assistance within a high-performing team that is passionate about the work they do and the impact their work has on the community.

The role will suit a team player who enjoys working collaboratively, has outstanding attention to detail, initiative and confidence with legal concepts and the use of technology systems. Being proactive in identifying issues and the ability to work effectively under limited supervision are essential to success in this role.

**Specialist/Technical Expertise/Qualifications**
- Demonstrated experience as a paralegal or business support officer in an environment requiring management of competing priorities is essential.
- Demonstrated proficiency using technology and systems in an office environment at an intermediary to advanced level, with demonstrated strong capability in SharePoint, Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook to store and present information effectively, is highly desirable.
- Demonstrated proficiency using Oracle Financials is highly desirable.

**This is an ongoing position. The work location for this position is flexible within Victoria with hybrid work arrangements available.**
