IT Systems Analyst

Position: ICT System Analyst

Location: Thomastown, VIC 3074

**Salary**: $85,000 - $90,000 p/a

**Responsibilities**:

- Analyse current business processes to identify areas for improvement in efficiency and cost reduction
- Design and develop modern digital solutions to increase business productivity and efficiency
- Modify, enhance or adapt existing legacy systems to integrate new features or improvements
- Develop project plans and schedules, and ensure timely delivery of project milestones
- Work closely with the IT team to ensure that all systems are integrated and functioning effectively
- Provide support to end-users as needed

**Requirements**:

- Australian citizens and permanent residents encouraged to apply
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in the role
- Proven experience in systems analysis and design, including process mapping, data analysis, and system integration
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of modern software development methodologies, such as Agile or DevOps, is desirable
- Experience in the construction industry is a plus

**Salary**: $85,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
